Hailing from Sohag Governorate in Upper Egypt, Brigadier General Khamissi instilled in him a deep sense of patriotism from his youth. He joined the Military Academy in 1994 and graduated with the rank of lieutenant in the armored corps. Brigadier General Khamisi rose through the ranks before joining Military Intelligence, where he held prominent leadership positions, most recently as commander of the region’s security.

After completing his service in North Sinai, Brigadier General Al-Khamisi continued his dedication to serving his country through his duties in the Central Military Zone, specifically the Heikstep and Dahshur sectors.

Based on his belief in the collective responsibility to build a strong Egypt, he moved into the field of political and voluntary service.

Brigadier General El-Khamisy’s political career has seen him rise to the position of vice president of the Al Ghad Party and head of the Greater Homeland Coalition, as well as director of the Afro-Asian Federation for Diplomatic and Media Cooperation in Cairo Governorate.

High-level academic qualifications:

Believing in continuous learning and development, Dean El-Khamisy holds an honorary doctorate in civil society development and management, as well as master’s and doctorate degrees in business administration from the Afro-Asian Federation. He is also a member of the Arab Union for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
